DELIVERY POLICY 

Most of our items are available 24/7 at our vending machines located at Greystone Mall in Chaguanas. We also deliver based on a customer's request. 

1. Deliveries are available nationwide (throughout Trinidad and Tobago) at an additional cost, based on the customer's location. Enquire for details. 

2. Deliveries take 1-2 business days (3-5 business days to Tobago) 

3. Our deliveries are done through a third party courier so we will endeavour, as far as possible, to facilitate delivery by the customer's requested date. 

4. Once an order is processed and confirmed and the courier has already collected the customer's items for delivery, the customer may be required to pay the delivery charges on the order, if we are unable to notify the courier company of the cancellation. 

5. A restocking fee of 50% of the cost of the item will apply and be charged to the customer for all cancelled orders. 

6. Deliveries are done to the address the customer provides upon the confirmation of your order. If on the day of delivery, the customer's address changes, the customer is responsible for the payment of any additional delivery charges incurred by such change. 

7. Once an order is placed/ confirmed through any of our representatives, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Delivery Policy.
